Phone numbers collected for SMS are disclosed to one party only: Twilio, our messaging provider, and solely to deliver the messages you asked for. They are never disclosed to any advertising platform.

Excel Mathematics is the trade name of EXCELMATHEMATICS LEARNING CENTER CORP, a Florida corporation located in Doral, Florida ("we," "us," "our"). We collect two separate, independent consents, each with its own checkbox. You may accept either, both, or neither:
Checking one does not check the other, and we honor them separately. If you consent only to appointment notifications, we will not send you marketing messages. We use this information for no purpose other than sending the messages you consented to, and we do not provide your number to anyone for their purposes.
Providing a phone number is optional. Neither consent is required to take the quiz, to receive your report, or to purchase anything. The opt-in language is presented in English with a Spanish translation, so consent is informed.

When you take the Scholarship Readiness Quiz or book a call, we also collect your name, email address, your child's grade level and planned test date, your quiz answers, and basic technical data (campaign UTM parameters, the page visited, and the date and time). We do not ask for financial information or sensitive identity data in the quiz.
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure and optimize our advertising. We provide Meta with your email address in hashed (irreversible) form only. We never provide Meta, or any other advertising platform, with your phone number or your SMS consent data. Your phone number and your SMS consent data are never included in advertising data and are never shared with Meta or any other advertising platform. You can manage personalized advertising in your Facebook/Instagram account settings and on your device.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the vendors that operate the service, under their own terms, and only for these purposes:
None of the vendors listed above receives your phone number or your SMS consent data, with the single exception of Twilio, which uses it solely to deliver the messages you requested. No vendor on this list receives SMS data for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may opt out at any time, by writing to jorrinj2@gmail.com. We delete your phone number on request or when you opt out, except where we must retain a consent record to demonstrate compliance. If you are a Florida resident, you may have additional rights under applicable Florida privacy law; write to us to exercise them.
This service is directed to parents, guardians, and other responsible adults. Information is provided by the responsible adult. We do not direct data collection to minors and we do not send text messages to students.
We retain your information only as long as it is needed for the service, and we apply reasonable measures to protect it. If we update this policy, we will publish the new version here with a new update date.
