By using the Scholarship Readiness Quiz, booking a call, or enrolling in a program from Excel Mathematics — the trade name of EXCELMATHEMATICS LEARNING CENTER CORP, a Florida corporation — you agree to these terms.

SMS Terms

Program. Excel Mathematics operates an SMS program for parents and legal guardians who explicitly opt in on our Scholarship Readiness Quiz at excel-math.com/quiz-es. All recipients are adults; we do not send messages to students.

Two separate consents. The quiz presents two independent checkboxes, both unchecked by default: one for appointment notifications (confirmations and reminders for your Scholarship Strategy Call, and replies when you text us) and one for marketing messages about our SAT Math program. You may accept either, both, or neither. Checking one does not check the other, and we honor them separately — if you consent only to notifications, you will not receive marketing messages. The opt-in language is presented in English with a Spanish translation.

PrivacyYour data is handled under our Privacy Policy at excel-math.com/privacy, which is the sole privacy policy governing this SMS program. Mobile information and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  1. What this isExcel Mathematics provides specialized SAT Math preparation. The Scholarship Readiness Quiz and the Scholarship Strategy Call are free and informational; they do not constitute college admissions advice or financial advice.
  2. No guarantee of resultsWe do not guarantee any specific score, admission to any university, or the award of any scholarship — scholarships and admissions are decided by third parties. The program provides specialized instruction, diagnostics, and practice; results also depend on the student's own work and commitment.
  3. Enrollment and paymentPricing, payment options, and program scope are agreed at the time of enrollment. Membership is month to month: you may cancel at any time and you will not be charged for the following cycle. There are no long-term contracts. Months already billed are non-refundable.
  4. Student and family responsibilitiesFor the best possible outcome, the student attends sessions and completes the assigned practice according to the program.
  5. Conduct and ownershipProgram materials are the property of Excel Mathematics and are for the personal use of the enrolled student; they may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.
  6. Limitation of liability and governing lawThe service is provided "as is," to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent state or federal courts of the State of Florida.
